Item Control

The location of keys, is of a premium importance.
This includes keys for staff access, emergency keys or master keys.
If keys are lost or
stolen it can cost thousands of dollars to replace locks and keys to
work areas, stores and storerooms, offices or restricted areas. A
record must be kept of all keys, and the person(s) to whom
the keys is allocated too. And If keys are misplaced or stolen, the assigned person should
report this immediately.
Keys should never be left lying around or be
shared amongst staff members. Remember, if they are lost and not reported by you, and
there is a theft from or damage caused to that area, you may be held responsible.
