For: Fire, explosion, gas escape, toxic fumes, threatening situations, accidents, serious injuries, incidents of concern

In case of FIRE attempt to extinguish only if safe

Alert all on premises until it is confirmed that everyone has heard
Turn off equipment if possible
Evacuate building using nearest EXIT

Fire warden to direct evacuation
Deputy wardens to check if building empty
Close doors and windows if possible
Gather at assembly point
Conduct roll call
Remain at assembly area
Await arrival of Emergency Services

Fire Warden to inform emergency Services:
Has everyone been accounted for
Details of incident

Wait for Emergency Services all clear
