Hand washing



Correct way to wash hands for anyone
preparing or handling food:

  • Use elbow, foot or sensor operated taps.  
  • Wet hands with warm water.
  • Apply and lather hands with anti-bacterial soap for 60 seconds (use nailbrush if necessary under nails).
  • Rinse under warm water.
  • Dry hands under hot air dryer or with disposable paper towel.
