This qualification is aimed at those who wish to develop skills for work
in an office environment to train or re-train for the workforce with an
emphasis on developing skills in computing. Cost includes amenities
fee of $25 per unit block.
Students have the option of adding another 2 units to complete their
Certificate I in Information Technology. (no extra cost if on
concession or extra $50 for non-concession).
Pre-requisite: Access to computer for assessment and homework and
fundamental skills in computing. Unit blocks to complete:

This course consists of all
units needed to gain the full Certificate I in Information Technology
ICA10105. An ideal way to become accredited in computer usage.
Recognised standard for all job seekers in office environment. Covers
competencies in Personal Computing, Word Processing, Internet/Email,
Spreadsheets, Database and Presentations. Cost includes amenities fee of $25
per unit block. Pre-requisites: Access to computer and internet for

This course allows you to gain your
Cert I in IT at the same time as completing a Certificate II level
qualification. Covers: using advanced applications of MS Office, HTML
coding for web pages, connecting and operating hardware, capturing and
manipulating digital images, optimising an operating system, communicating,
OH&S and working in an IT environment.

These
unit blocks are components of Certificate II in Business and Certificates I
& II in Information Technology
To be eligible for our government funded training places, you must be an
Australian Resident/Citizen, if not please check our fee-for-service

After you have paid $130 for a block of accredited units, further unit
blocks will cost you $25 each within the calendar year if you have a
concession card.

Design organisational documents using computing. A must for the office
environment. Extend your computer skills and knowledge with advanced
features of MS Office Applications (Word, Publisher & Excel).
