The
Committee of Management is responsible for the overall management,
monitoring of activities, strategic planning and policy development of the organisation. The committee, which is elected
annually, is representative of members and the local community. Day to day
operations are managed by staff who are employed the Management Committee.

Volunteers:

Volunteers
at Longbeach PLACE are a vital part of the organisational
team. Training is provided so that skills can be continually improved and
upgraded. Volunteer roles include: receptionist, clerical assistant, child
care assistant, group facilitator, promotion
and publicity.
