Chatty Cafe: Living with Dementia

Join the City of Kingston’s Access Care team for some insights into living with dementia. Team of community nurses will discuss the realities of dementia and share practical advise for how people can keep living safely at home. Additionally, they will offer information related to advance care planning for people living with dementia.
